Meet the PRESCHOOL Staff

Our experienced staff live a Christ-centered life and enjoy teaching children about God’s Word. Teachers attend educational workshops and conferences to advance their skills and knowledge, and regularly network with other childcare administrators and educators.

Diane Philipp, Preschool Director & Teacher

Diane brings to our Preschool over 30 years of experience in early childcare and administration. Before joining the staff at Faith, Diane served as Director of The Family Network in Highland Park. This United Way agency provides educational programs for young mothers and their infants and preschool-aged children. She helped develop Child Care Resource and Referral, at a statewide network of childcare services, and directed the YWCA program for Lake and McHenry Counties. Diane also established a Lutheran Church licensed early childhood program where she taught for four years.
