DRAWING CLOSER TO GOD

“Choose my instruction instead of silver, knowledge rather than gold, for wisdom is more precious than rubies, and nothing you desire can compare with her.” Proverbs 8:10

Is your heart less than happy? Are you looking for more meaning in your life? Turn to God’s Word. It is the answer! God’s Word is far more precious that anything you can obtain on earth. When you study God’s Word you are learning about His glorious plan for your salvation - the most precious gift of all.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.” Psalm 119:105

Bible Study

Faith Lutheran Church offers many wonderful opportunities for you to draw closer to God and study His Word. Join us for one or more Bible studies and together we’ll discover meaning, direction and sustenance in our lives through the power of God’s Word. 	Our Fun, Loving Christians (FLC) small group ministry offers groups of 8 to 12 support, encouragement and training as they grow in their Christian faith through fellowship, prayer and Bible study. Groups meet twice monthly. New groups are formed on an ongoing basis.
	Join us for Sunday Morning Bible Class. Studies focus on real life issues. The class meets in the fireplace room at 9:15 a.m. each Sunday.
	Application Bible Studies also meeting on Sunday mornings. They cover a wide variety of topics relating to everyday life. For more information, contact the church office.
	Weekday study is offered at our Thursday Morning Bible Class from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Drop by anytime.
	Our Welcome to the Family class is designed for those interested in joining our church or learning more about the teachings of the Lutheran Church. The class is also a great refresher course for current members.
	Adult Vacation Bible School - Adult Vacation Bible School is held for one week every summer. Contact the church office for dates and topics.
